Learned counsel for the respondents states that he has no objection, if petitioner is permitted to place on record additional evidence subject to payment of cost. Learned counsel for the respondents further states that trial Court be directed to decide the case within such time as fixed by this Court.
On the statement of the learned counsel for the respondents, petition is allowed. Let the additional evidence sought to be produced before the learned trial Court by the petitioner be taken on record. Learned trial Court is directed to decide the case within 90 days from the date certified copy of this order is placed before the trial Court. Petitioner shall pay Rs.5,000/- as cost on or before the next date fixed before the trial Court.
