Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the ejectment petition was filed on 9.3.2009 and it has not made any headway. He further contends that he will be satisfied in case the Rent Controller, Sangrur, is directed to conclude the proceedings within a period of six months.
I find merit in the contention advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner.
The present revision petition is disposed of with the direction to the Rent Controller, Sangrur, to conclude the proceedings within a period of nine months, from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
