Mr. Padam Jain, Advocate appearing for the petitioner-tenant has stated that during the pendency of the present petition, a compromise has been arrived at between the landlord and the tenant and that the petitioner-tenant has handed over the actual physical peaceful vacant possession of the premises in dispute to the respondent-landlord, therefore, the present petition be dismissed as not pressed.
Mr. Tarun Thakur, Advocate appearing on behalf of Mr.Baldev Raj Mahajan, Advocate for the respondents, has stated that they have already received possession and therefore, he has no objection to the dismissal of the present revision petition as not pressed.
