Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has preferred appeal against award Annexure P/1 passed by the Claims Tribunal and has deposited Rs 25,000/- in this Court while preferring said appeal and has deposited balance amount payable to the respondent in the executing court. It is stated that the instant revision petition has, thus, been rendered infructuous.
The revision petition is accordingly disposed of as having been rendered infructuous without prejudice to the rights of the petitioner in appeal preferred against award Annexure P/1.
