Learned counsel for the petitioners – landlords states that
despite of his best efforts, he could not contact his clients and could not get instructions.
Dismissed for non-prosecution. However, liberty is granted to
Mr. Mittal to move an application for restoration of the petition, in case he is able to get instructions from the petitioners within 60 days from today.
