After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners has stated that he would be satisfied if Trial Court is directed to dispose of the main case within any reasonable time since the main case has been lingering for almost 20 years.
Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to this course of action.

Consequently, these Civil Revisions as well as Civil Miscellaneous Application, if any, are disposed of with the direction to learned Trial Court to decide the main controversy between the parties within a period of 6 months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
Since the main revision has been decided, the order dated 06.07.2009 has come to an end and consequently, petitioner is at liberty to withdraw the money he has deposited in consequence of that order.
