The petitioner is aggrieved by an order dated 8.1.2010.
The prayer of the petitioner to examine the hand-writing as appearing on the endorsement and as admitted by the respondent has been declined. Endorsement on the document is seriously in dispute.
Having regard to the aforesaid facts, I am of the opinion that comparison of the hand writing appearing on the endorsement of the said document may be necessary for the proper adjudication of the case. Consequently, the impugned order is set aside and the revision petition is hereby allowed and the prayer of the petitioner as made in the application is allowed.
