Learned counsel for the parties state that evidence in the suit in the trial court stands concluded and even part arguments have been heard by the trial court. Accordingly, learned counsel for the parties pray that without prejudice to rival claims of the parties in the suit, the instant revision petition (in the matter of temporary injunction) may be disposed of by directing the parties to maintain status quo regarding possession of the suit land till decision of the suit.
It is ordered accordingly.
The revision petition stands disposed of accordingly.
