Present: Mr. G.S. Punia, Advocate for the appellants.
Mr.Amarjit Markan, Advocate for the respondents. ***
Mr. Punia states that despite various efforts none is coming forward to contact him on behalf of the appellants. It is not disputed that the original person through whom the suit was filed died in the year 1983 and in 1984 one Dayal Dass was impleaded as his legal representative. However, despite his best efforts he has not been able to get in touch with his clients nor has his clients ever contacted him.
In the circumstances this appeal is dismissed for nonprosecution granting liberty to the appellants to revive the same in case it transpires that they were prevented from appearing or any justifiable cause.
