It appears that this LPA originates from the same notification under the Land Acquisition Act, which was impugned in LPA No.1130 of 1992. While admitting this appeal, a Division Bench of this Court passed the following order dated 6.11.1992:
“Keeping in view the reasons stated in the application, the delay is condoned. Admitted. To be heard with L.P.A. No.1130 of 1992.”
We have been informed that this LPA could not be listed inadvertently with LPA No.1130 of 1992 which has since been disposed of in terms of the order dated 5.1.1994, passed in LPA No.211 of 1991. Accordingly, this LPA is disposed of in terms of the judgment dated 5.1.1994, passed in LPA No.211 of 1991.
