Learned counsel for the respondent states that Arbitrator has since been appointed to go into the dispute between the parties. In view of the said statement learned counsel for the appellant states that he would be satisfied if the appeal is disposed of with the direction to the Arbitrator to decide the matter within six months.
Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection if the appeal is disposed of with the said direction to the Arbitrator.
In view of the statements made by counsel for the parties, I deem it proper to direct the Arbitrator so appointed to decide the dispute within six months from the receipt of this order. Parties too are directed to lead their respective evidence and assist in concluding the matter as early as possible.
Disposed of in above said terms.
