This writ petition has been filed with a prayer to issue directions to respondent Nos.2 & 3 to arrange storage space, so that the petitioners may supply the rice (levy as well as custommilled), to the respondents, as per terms and conditions of the agreement between the parties. The last date to supply the rice was 30.6.2009. On 3.7.2009, the following order was passed by this Court:-
“Counsel for the respondents states that for supply of levy rice, prayer of the petitioner to extend time has

been forwarded to the authorities concerned. This Court is of the opinion that the authority will consider case of the applicant sympathetically. On request, adjourned to August 10, 2009.”
Learned counsel for the respondents state that the period to supply the rice in question has been extended upto 30.9.2009. It has further been stated that the requisite space will be made available for storage of the rice, to be supplied by the petitioners.
In view of the statement made by counsel for the respondents, this writ petition has become infructuous.
Disposed of accordingly.
