Petitioner appeared in person submits that in the light of the stringent directions given by this Court in Civil Writ Petition No. 4886 of 2003 disposed off on 04.10.2008, no further directions in this case are needed. Liberty is, however, given to the petitioner to seek appropriate redress regarding the alleged improper 'Change of Land Use' by modification of the town planning scheme, if any, in appropriate proceedings.
Dismissed as infructuous with the liberty prayed for.
