Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, submits that he has instructions from the petitioners to withdraw this petition in the light of the instructions issued by the Director, Urban Local Bodies, Haryana, Chandigarh dated 27.2.2009, reserving liberty for the petitioners to approach the concerned authorities for regularisation of their colony and to seek redress in case the relief is not granted.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty prayed for.
