Petitioner has brought this petition under Articles 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of a writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus and a Warrant Officer be appointed to locate the detenues mentioned in para No.2 of the petition.
On instructions, learned State counsel submits that infact, no labourer was found at the spot in illegal detention.
In view of the statement of learned State counsel, made above, no further action is called for.
Petition stands disposed of.
