The present revision petition has been filed against order dated 8.4.2003 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Sangrur who had released the accused-respondents on probation.
On 8.4.2003, the accused-respondents were released on probation for a period of one year. The period of probation has elapsed. Counsel for the petitioner state that no useful purpose will be served by pursuing the present revision petition. Therefore, nothing survives in the present petition and the same is dismissed.
