This is a petition seeking a direction for release of petitioner on 'Furlough' for two weeks to look after his ailing parents.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be satisfied if a direction is issued for decision of his application Annexure P-2 expeditiously. Learned counsel for the State does not opposed the prayer.
Under the circumstances, it is directed that concerned authority shall decide the application Annexure P-2 of the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order.
Copy of the order be given dasti to the State counsel under the
signatures of Court Secretary.
