Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from S.I. Vijay Kumar, who is present in Court submits that pursuant to order dated 11.02.2009, passed by this Court, petitioner has already joined the investigation and is not required for custodial interrogation. According to the counsel, the original sale-deed has already been recovered from the petitioner.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 11.02.2009, passed by this Court granting ad-interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions as envisaged under Sections 438(2) Cr.P.C.
