This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. For quashing of conditional warrants of arrest dated 24.4.2007 (Annexures P-1 and P-2). The matter went before the Mediation and Reconciliation Centre and parties have arrived at a compromise.
The petitioner shall pay the amount to the respondent, as mentioned in para No. 2 and 3 of the agreement/settlement.
In the settlement it is mentioned that petition be kept pending till 24.3.2010. But this request cannot be allowed. However, the right of the respondent is protected by ordering that in case of

default in payment of any instalment, as detailed in para No. 2 and 3 of the settlement, the respondent shall be at liberty to revive the
petition.
The petition stands disposed of.
