Prayer in the application is for pre-poning the date of hearing which is fixed for 27.1.2010. It is a case where the applicant has prayed for grant of regular bail pending trial. I do not find any reason to pre-pone the date of hearing on merits in the present case.
Considering the aforesaid fact learned counsel for the applicantpetitioner submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the main petition itself.
In view of the statement of learned counsel for the applicantpetitioner the date in the main petition is preponed to today. The same is taken up and as per request of learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner, the main petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
