This petition has been moved by Rekha under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking extension of existing parole of her husband Devinder Kumar alias Bunty.
Reply filed on behalf of the respondents is taken on record.
I have heard the learned counsel for the parties, besides perusing the record with due care and circumspection.
No case is made out for extending the existing parole period. Sequelly, this petition is dismissed.
