On instructions from Mahabir Singh, Assistant Sub Inspector, learned State counsel informs that the prosecution has closed its evidence and the case is fixed for examining the accused under Section 311 Cr.P.C. In view of this submission, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition, at this stage.
In view of the statement made above, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn, at this stage.
