Counsel for the petitioners contends that despite of making of complaint to the Police, no action has been taken by the Police on the same. He further contends that the petitioners would be satisfied if the representation dated 30.04.2009 made by the petitioners to the SHO, Police Station Khemkaran (Annexure P-3) is considered and if something is found therein, necessary steps, in accordance with law, be taken thereon.
The present petition is disposed of with a direction to the SSP, Tarn Taran-respondent No. 2 to look into the representation and if some substance is found therein, necessary steps, in accordance with law, be taken thereon.
