Counsel for the petitioner submits that the grouse which he has made in the present petition, the petitioner has already filed a representation dated 15.07.2009 (Annexure-P-2), to the respondent No. 1-Senior Superintendent of Police, Tarn Taran. He submits that the petitioner would be satisfied, if a direction be issued to respondent No. 1-Senior Superintendent of Police, Tarn Taran, to look into the matter and take necessary steps in accordance with law.
Without going into merit of the case nor commenting thereon, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 1-Senior Superintendent of Police, Tarn Taran, to look into the representation dated 15.07.2009 (Annexure-P-2), submitted to him by the petitioner and if some substance is found therein, necessary steps be taken in accordance with law.
