Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present petition was filed against the summoning order dated 20.7.2009 (Annexure P-2) passed on an application under Section 319 Cr. P.C. He further submits that since during the pendency of this petition, the trial has been concluded and the petitioners have been convicted, the present petition has been rendered infructuous.
In view of the above statement made by learned counsel for the petitioners, the present petition is ordered to be disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
