Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation in terms of the order dated 30.7.2009 passed by this Court.
Learned State counsel admits this fact on the basis of information received from SI-Balwinder Singh and also states that the petitioner is no more required for custodial interrogation.
In view the above, order dated 30.7.2009 passed by this Court is made absolute. The petitioner shall, however, keep on joining the investigation as and when called and shall abide by the provisions of Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
