Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that on the same set of facts earlier FIR was got registered by the complainant against the petitioners in which cancellation report is in process to be filed in the Court.
In view of these facts he seeks permission to withdraw the present petition at this stage with liberty to file again after the final out come of the cancellation report, if submitted by the prosecution in the Court.
Dismissed as withdrawn at this stage with liberty as prayed for.
