Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the order dated 24.4.2009, petitioner has joined the investigation. He further submits that there are general allegations against the father-in-law and Mama of the husband, who have already been enlarged on anticipatory bail granted by the Trial Court.
Learned counsel for the State/respondent accepts the statement made by the counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has joined the investigation.
Be that as it may be. In view of the above, order dated 24.4.2009 is hereby made absolute.
It is directed that the petitioner shall join the investigation as and when required and shall abide by the conditions as envisaged by Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
Petition is disposed of.
