In pursuance of order passed on 12.05.2008, the petitioner was directed to join investigation. However, it has been submitted by the State counsel that the petitioner is not fully co-operating with the Investigating Agency.
Learned counsel for the petitioner would ensure that the petitioner will join the investigation as and when required by the Investigating Officer.
Accordingly, order passed on 12.05.2008 is made
absolute.
The present petition stands disposed of.
