Mr. B.S. Sidhu, Advocate appearing for the petitioners submits
that in view of the order passed today in the case of Mewa Singh and another v. State of Haryana and others, (CWP No.6263 of 2006), he does not press the civil revision petition and he further submits that he will withdraw the civil suit that has been filed by him in view of the said order.
Civil revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The petitioners, in view of their undertaking, shall withdraw the civil suit that has been filed by them.
