This petition is directed against the order dated 6.10.2009 passed by the Civil Judge (Sr. Division), Jalandhar.
The court has already framed issues. The petitioner states that though all the interrogatories have not completely been answered by the defendant, yet, the court has held that all the interrogatories regarding list of firm and partners along with all other particulars have already been filed by the respondent till 2009. In any case, it is a matter of record if proper list has been furnished or not and if all the interrogatories stand answered, but if it is not found so, then court would examine about the adverse inference at the time of decision on merits.
Dismissed.
