Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition.
Dismissed as withdrawn.
However, the withdrawal shall be subject to payment of Rs. 3000/as costs which should be deposited with the District Legal services Authority, Gurgaon. It is for the reason that the challenge in the present petition is to the order passed in an application filed by the respondents which was dismissed by learned Court below. The petitioner had not prayed for any relief before the Court below by filing any application which was not granted to give a cause of action to the petitioner to be aggrieved of the order impugned.
