This revision has been filed against the concurrent orders of the
trial court as well as he appellate court declining injunction to the petitioner. Both the courts have prima facie found that the petitioner has not been able to show his possession over the disputed land. Learned counsel has taken me through the material on record but has not been able to persuade me that the conclusions arrived at are so unrelated to the material on record as to be tainted with the vice of such material irregularity which makes them liable for interference under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.
Consequently this revision is dismissed.

Applications, if any, stand disposed of.
