This revision petition is preferred by the petitioner-defendants against the order dated 16.7.2009 passed by the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Kaithal, whereby their defence has been struck off by the Court order.
Despite due opportunities granted to the petitioners, the respondents have not been served through dasti notices as the petitioners have not collected the dasti notices.
Counsel for the petitioners states that despite his best efforts
C.R. No.5169 of 2009 (O&M) 2
he has not been able to persuade the petitioners to come forward to collect the dasti notices. It seems that the petitioners are not interested to pursue
this matter.
Dismissed for non-prosecution.
