Mr. Amit Rawal, Advocate, through whom this revision petition has been filed, seeks permission to withdraw his Power of Attorney.
Ordered accordingly.
He is, thus, discharged from the case.
The petitioner – Ms. Rita is present in Court. She states that she is not in a position to pay rent of the demised premises @ Rs.2500/- per month and is ready to vacate the house if two months’ time/period is granted to her. She further states that rent @ Rs.1750/- per month has already been deposited by her, before the Rent Controller. She further undertakes to vacate the premises and hand over the peaceful vacant possession of the same to the respondent-landlord on or before 30.11.2009.

Keeping in view the financial hardship pleaded by her, it is directed that notwithstanding the rate of rent determined by the Courts below, let the petitioner pay the rent @ 1750/- till 30.11.2009 and retain possession till that date as per her above given undertaking.
The revision petition is, accordingly, disposed of as not
pressed for.
