Today learned counsel for the petitioner has offered that his client will pay Rs.15,000/- by 30.9.2009 and a further amount of Rs.12,000/- by 31.10.2009. He has though stated that in the event of any
default the entire suit of the respondent shall stand decreed.
In view of this statement, the revision petition as well as the
suit are disposed of.
