The challenge in the present petition is to the order passed by the learned Court below whereby the learned Lower Appellate Court has reversed the order passed by the trial Court granting interim injunction in favour of the petitioner. The proceedings arise out of a suit for partition filed by the petitioner/plaintiff against his brothers and mother.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he would be satisfied in case trial Court is directed to expedite the trial of the suit.
Keeping in view the fact that the parties to the dispute are family members, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial of suit and dispose of the same within one year.
The revision petition is disposed of.
