Having scrutinised the impugned judgment, it appears that the ejectment has been claimed on the basis of non-payment of house tax and which could be claimed after issuing the notice to the respondent and the same has not been done. As such the non payment of house tax does not entail the eviction.
Finding no merit in the revision petition, the same is
dismissed.
