Rajinder Kumar Dhingra (now respondent) moved an application before the trial Court to re-cross examine Krishan Lal Arora in this case for recovery of Rs. 68,000/-. Krishan Lal Arora has already been cross-examined at length and due suggestions have been given to this witness. Now nothing has been disclosed as to what relevant questions have been left on which he is to be cross examined. Trial Court was right in dismissing the application of the present petitioner for recalling PW-1 for re-cross-examination.
No grounds to interfere.
Hence dismissed.
