On 3.8.2009, this Court had passed the following order:-
“In the present case, Civil Judge (Jr. Division), Fatehabad, allowed the application of the plaintiff Milkha Ram, Smt. Narayani Devi and Harbans Lal, and restrained the defendants from restoring the watercourse. Aggrieved against the same, defendants had filed an appeal. The appeal was accepted and stay application filed by the plaintiffs was dismissed.

revision petition was filed. On May 24, 2004, revision petition was admitted and the parties were directed to maintain status quo.
Status report be called from the Court of Civil Judge (Jr. Division), Fatehabad, regarding the outcome of the Civil Suit No. 51-C/14.3.2003. Status report be called by the Registry through FAX.
To await for status report, adjourned to 21st August, 2009”.
