Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court in C.R. No. 4433 of 2007, Poonam Rani Vs. Parshan Lal, decided on 8.5.2009 has already framed certain guidelines for disposal of cases for custody of minor children. Accordingly, no further orders are required in the present petition. Accordingly, the petitioner in the present case would be at liberty to proceed with the matter in terms of the guidelines laid down in the aforesaid case.
The revision petition stands disposed of.
