This order shall dispose of C.R. No. 2280 of 2009, C.R. No. 2281 of 2009, C.R. No. 2282 of 2009, C.R. No. 2283 of 2009, C.R. No. 2284 of 2009 and C.R. No. 2285 of 2009.
The judgment debtors in the case are State of Punjab and the colonization department. The objector petitioner are not party to the decree.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that since the accounts and building owned by Mandi Board has been attached, therefore, it had to file the objection petition. Heard.
Admittedly, award/decree has not been passed against market committee, therefore, the accounts or the building owned by the market committee could not be attached. The plea of the counsel for the respondent is that the building which is being attached is owned by the Punjab Government, will be decided by the

Court on evidence.
Consequently, these revision petitions are hereby dismissed with the direction that Court shall adjudicate if the accounts or the building being attached are owned by the market committee. However, the Court would be at liberty to execute the decree by attaching the property owned by judgment debtors.
