The impugned order closing the evidence of the petitioner/plaintiff
was passed by the learned Court below on June 10, 2008. The suit was filed on December 7, 2005. The petition impugning the order closing the evidence of the petitioner/plaintiff was filed in this Court on February 26, 2009. On account of latches, this Court would not like to interfere in the impugned order.
Dismissed.
