Plaintiff has preferred this revision petition challenging the orders passed by the Courts below dismissing the application of the plaintiff- petitioner for interim injunction restraining the defendantrespondents from alienating the property in dispute in his suit for specific performance.

Counsel for the respondents has placed on record a copy of the affidavit of the petitioner Dharam Singh wherein Dharam Singh has admitted that he has obtained a sum of Rs.6 lacs and given up his claim against the property besides deposing on oath therein that he has got no objection in case the property is alienated in any manner, by the defendantrespondents. A photocopy of the affidavit has been taken on record.
The revision petition is disposed of as having become infructuous. In case the petitioner, at any stage, feels that the original of the affidavit, copy of which has been placed on record, does not bear his signatures , it will be open to him to approach this Court again.
