This order shall dispose of 12 appeals i.e. RFA Nos. 172, 188, 190, 192 to 195, 199, 205, 207, 210 & 211 of 1990, as common questions of law and facts are involved therein.
Vide notification dated 25.5.1984 issued under Section 4 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 (in short ‘the Act’) followed by a notification of declaration issued under Section 6 of the Act dated 1.6.1984 the land in the revenue estate of Village Azeemgarh, Tehsil Fazilka, District Ferozepur was acquired for the construction of Abohar Bye-pass Southern Alighment.

Mr.N.S. Pawar, Addl, A.G. Punjab has very fairly conceded and stated at the bar that all the aforesaid appeals are covered by the decision rendered in RFA No.736 of 1991 titled as “Mohinder Singh and another vs. State of Punjab and another” decided on 7.10.1999 by Hon’ble Mr.Justice Sawatanter Kumar.
In view of the aforesaid statement all the aforesaid appeals are also disposed of in terms of the decision rendered in RFA No.736 of 1991 titled as “Mohinder Singh and another
