The petitioner has impugned the action of the respondents in effecting recovery of Rsw.5000/- per month from the salary of the petitioner, despite the fact that the entire matter has been ordered to be enquired through a domestic enquiry. Counsel for the petitioner submits that as long as the domestic enquiry is not concluded, no recovery should be effected from the petitioner.
After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner, we dispose of this writ petition with a direction that as a decision has already been taken by the Executive Committee of the Punjab State Warehousing Corporation to hold domestic enquiry against the petitioner, therefore, we direct that till the conclusion of the domestic enquiry, no recovery be effected from the petitioner.
