After arguing the matter at considerable length, learned
counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition reserving liberty for the petitioner to file a fresh petition seeking appropriate direction
for removal of those convicted for different offences but allegedly continuing in public services.
The writ petition, is therefore, dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty prayed for. No costs.
