The petitioner has prayed for quashing the order dated 11.12.2007 ( Annexure P6), vide which his transfer from Primary School, Bizapur, Block Dharmkot-1 District Moga to Government Primary School, Gobindgarh, District Ludhiana has been cancelled.
Counsel for respondents No.1 & 2 states that now the petitioner has been allowed to continue at Gobindgarh and respondent No. 4 has been sent to Tungal, Tehsil Raikot, District Ludhiania.
In view of the statement made by counsel for respondents No.1 & 2, the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous and is dismissed as such.
