The application of the petitioner for renewal of permit was rejected on 13.07.2006 on the ground that the petitioner did not file requisite documents with the application for renewal. The said order has been affirmed in appeal.
Learned counsel for the petitioner is unable to show any error in the impugned orders so as to warrant interference under Article 226 of the Constitution.
However, learned counsel for the respondents makes a statement that if the petitioner makes a fresh application, the same will be dealt with in accordance with law.
The petition is disposed of accordingly.
