The petitioner, who is one of the Panches of Gram Panchayat, Village Jainpur, Tehsil Hathin, District Mewat, has filed this petition for issuing direction to respondent No.2 to take action against respondent No.3 on the complaint (Annexure P-1) made by the petitioner.

After hearing counsel for the petitioner and going through the contents of the petition, without issuing notice of motion, as it will unnecessary delay the matter, we dispose of this petition with a direction to respondent No.2 to look into the matter in accordance with law.
